ABOUT VERDON
Verdon is developing electronic RFQ infrastructure for OTC commodity trading.
Our focus is the workflow between commodity traders and market makers: defining an exposure, requesting pricing, executing a bilateral trade, and managing its lifecycle through fixing and cash settlement.
We are seeking pilot partners to help define the first live products and test the workflows against their trading and operational requirements.
CURRENT STATUS
Working prototype
A functioning prototype currently supports RFQ creation, live dealer quoting, algorithmic market-maker connectivity, trade execution, benchmark fixing, and cash settlement.
Production deployment, benchmark licensing, legal structure, collateral arrangements, and regulatory requirements will be developed alongside pilot participants.
